Partialy assembled model comes 10" concrete cladding walls, windows/glass, awning, awning supports, Slate
tile roof, finials, doors and floor all assembled. Also includes two water tanks, tank taps, tank filter, pipe work,
stink pipe, pipe support, pylons and instructions.
